Trouble with ship back of gears

I have a big problem with the withdrawal by the shipper from the crew: did not find anything. The shipper has already passed 2 or more times without finding anything.
I sent an email to the crew to know what happened to my box delivered to the their.
Anyone have same trouble?

Be patient, it can take a couple weeks before they have the time to send your stuff back.
I've full confidence in the BE crew, they always handled my packages very well, including this year.

You had the big huge wooden boxes right? Those are a tad hard to lose ya'know. ;p
I've already received mine back, but i doubt that's very conforting.

big huge wooden boxes is ours (me and mine 2 friends from Sardinia).
We're Awaiting hopeful and emitting prayers to all saints everyday......

No info about expedition. Crew says that they have expedited the box, but they don't know who is the logistic company!
My shipper told me that has passed many times without finding anything for me.
The Italian shipper is Bartolini, the Swedish corrispondent is Itella: they don't have picked up my box!
I have called Shenker to, to know if for mistake has picked my box, but they don't have any information about that.
15 days without know where is my box...
I fear it was stolen...

We were a large number of guys from the Crew at AspvÃĪgen loading all the crates onto the Schenker Truck. Including the gray plastic ones.

Hi folks,
the problem was created by the distribution in Sweden.
The truck driver has picked up for mistake also my box.
My box was mistakenly sent to Shenker Italy, but finally was found and by Monday I should receive it.
Can I suggest to Berget Crew, for next year, to ask to specify who is the shipping company so as to avoid problems of this kind?
If you insists and persists at the end you wins!
