Greetings,

I would like to know if it's autorized to block a semi sniper in semi mode using a mosfet or if it's obliged to be made by breaking selector plate ?

Thanks, hope it wasnt posted before.

Phen.

I'm using extreme fire programmable mosfet in my SR25. So I can program my gun to semi-semi mode and don't have to break anything.

I'll go for an SPR (mk12 mod 0) with extreme fire mosfet too.

Can you confirm me this semi blocking method to be admitted at Berget ?

I think it is OK as long as you respect the rules and do not program your gun to shoot anything else than semi. Falls in the same category as BB limits/fps limits and so on.

maybe wait for a official answer because you 'll be unable to use your gun during the event of it's not authorize :)

I don't see problem here. There is no restrictions how you are suppose to limit your gun to shoot semi only. I think it is the choice of the user to do it mechanically or by software. In either case, if you decide to cheat, you can do it. This is way BE should conduct random field tests on players weapons (also because of fps limitations) and other players to trust that everybody is using a weapon that is accepted by the rules. Same as you trust that the players will take their hits.

But fine by me, BE can confirm this when they see fit.

I agree with that no problem but an official answer is always better than a guessing :p
