Which Radio would you recommend for Berget V?

Post by G3forever » 16 Sep 2006, 19:53

Hi,
I am G3forever(Armin) from Germany and i will definitely come to Berget V.
I have one question concerning communication.
I do not have a good radio yet, so i will buy a new one for the Event.

Can you tell me what Radio I should buy? I don't have any clue about radios, so please don't throw some cryptic names and numbers @ me ;) .

Thank you very much in advance.

Ups didn't see it ;)
Maybe you should move the "Example of sutable Radios" threat in here, since it belongs to "Radio Communications" ;)

mfg Armin but thanks

best radio on the current market (without license) is the MIDLAND G8, here in italy they sell for around 60 euros and with a cheap modification (about 10euros), you can extend it's range up to about 12km, any good shop should be able to do this for you, they simply up the radio transmitting power.
