PLATOON ORGANISATION - Getting It In Order

Time is starting to disappear, so let's start sorting out assignments even if we're not up to full strength yet. Here's the plan:

For those who've had a comprehensive education and are thus unable to read, that means there will be:

1 - Commanding Officer
1 - Second In Command
1 - Aide de Camp (assistant, PA, secretary, generally-running-about-type-bod)
3 - Command staff - radio pokers, map scribblers, coffee brewers
3 - Sections/Squads, each divided into two fireteams. Each section consists of:
1 - SNCO
1 - 2IC
6 - Squaddies

Arrelius has already volunteered for staff, Giersu of course will command a squad of his Poles, but the rest is all up for grabs. So, here's what you do:

Find a spot you want, and scrawl your name on it. Easy, isn't it?

Allow me a question, why the hell did we do the thread with the requests for a position?
(You can move me but only as long as I stay with Matherion, if you find someone better for that position)

I do not want to be in Command(since it is my first MilSim that big)

So put me into one of the "trooper" positions with some German.

Honestly? Because we didn't have the structure back then. Plus, there's been so much wavering over who's in and who's out that I just want to get everything consolidated and in one place.

Well you might want to know that my coffee is black like the night... (I don't drink coffee myself so it is a BAD idea to make me brew you some unless you want to stay awake the next year;)

hey ... IF i go (wich i most likely will do if someone doesnt complain too much, thinking about Spof here..) i will come as a photographer... and as we have talked about earlier i will go with the MP...

so, you could just put me somwhere a little outside the structure, but still tied to the platoon... possibly with the staff (im know to brew quite good coffe even if i rarely drink any myself)

this meeans i will still join the patrols and stuff like that.

so for the time being... consider that i will come, unless Spof gives a loud "NO F***ING WAY"

oh btw, Hornet and Torak.... work on him for me ok?

(still talking about Spof)

if i dont get a no very soon i will make my own thread here where i´ll give some info about my role....
as im very interested in the role playing part...

okay --- SPAM !!! --- this, no one is writing up and i like to take charge often so and besides giersu might have one who is for the task of being his 2IC, perhaps giersu could sign his teammates on to the list in his squad.
