Hey Vetrans,

i was reading the Forums gathering Intel for my first Berget participation and stumbeld upon a Question. A brief search did not give an Answer if there is please Point me to it!

It seems not all Grandelaunchers are compatible with the BAVS Granades (as stated in this Thread: Gameplay & Cheating?)

Is there a List of compatible Grandelaunchers?
If not could help making one by posting the Model and Make of your Grande Launcher with the Info: BAVS compatible / NOT compatible. So we could List the Info here?

Example: STAR EGLM - BAVS compatible

Last year I had an ASG made GL-06 grenade laucher, which works nicely with the regular 40mm BAVS-grenade.
I'm pretty sure that the one made by Ares should work as well.

Iron airsoft M320 is not (but I have asked Berget to ensure it will fit this year)

Any idea on the Madbull XM-203?

Any updates on this ?

Here is what i know of the problem. Berget has some 40mm(the older once) that are cylindrical to the tip and the new once that curve inn where the shell interfaces the grenade body. The 40mm grenades that do not curve have problems fitting on some launchers; due to that some launcher curves inn too early for the old berget 40mm to fit all the way inn.

Look into your launcher and check if the barrel gets smaller future inn. if this is the case you probably can't use it with the old 40mm grenades.

So in an ideal world, if the players that have launchers that work with the old 40mm take the old, then the new once are left to the once that need them.

With that said you cannot rely on peoples firsthand experience with a 40mm fitting. They may have had the new 40mm.

I had a a new one last year, still did not fit the IA M320. But I did not sand it down as I know some did.

Does annyone know if some brands of GP-25 or GP-30 will be compatible?

probably not due to muzzle load design, but maybe they have made a different back-piece/back-plate so it fits?

We recognise the problem with grenade fitting. Unfortunately we cannot supply all different types for all brands of launchers. Problem is that the electronics hardware is designed for the existing grenades and is not easily adapted to other types (if at all)
There are two ways to solve the problem:
The first is to use tape to make the grenade fit.
The second is to permanently tape the grenade to your gun and firing it with your finger. (not pretty, but functional)

And if you are going to use a bavs 40mm you need to have a 40mm tube, either standalone or fitted to your rifle. No grenade launcher, no bavs....

There will be a late Rule update for this. It is cheating if fireing with the grende in your hands. It must be mounted to a gun.
