Note: This is only effecting Civilians, Mercenaries and Police. Red and blue forces can completely ignore this.
COUNTY THREAT LEVEL
During Berget 16, with the addition of a large police force, we will try a new threat level system, highly inspired by the GTA Series wanted system.
With the levels comes both perks and drawbacks for both sides ( Mercs and Police )
How does this work?
The treat levels come in 5 different stages, level 1 thru 5.
The treat levels are based on current number of crimes and hostile actions against the police, and also the severity of the crimes. The level is decided by Berget Crew Larp GM, But some mission rewards and actions can raise or lower the current level.
Threat levels decay at the rate of 1 level per hour. If no crimes has taken Place for 2 hours the threat level is instantly dropped to 1.
NOTE: Crimes are defined as hostile actions taken against the police or other Civilians both directly and indirectly. Military hostile actions such as firefights with Military factions, hit and runs on military personel or attacks on Capture Points and other military structures does not Count as crimes and will not effect threat level.
THREAT LEVEL EXPLENATIONS AND PERKS:
Threat Level 1
There are no crimes being commited, the area is peaceful and calm. Police has Little to no work to do.
Police: No leathal weapons except pistols allowed to be carried. Double the respawn time at Police HQ.
Mercenaries: Missions only pay 75% in Money and items. Half the respawn time in own base.
Threat level 2
Crimes are being commited, but there are of non violent types such as Drug and vehicle related.
Police: No leathal weapons except pistols allowed to be carried. Access to Spike Strips and Police Dogs.
Mercenaries: Missions pay 100% in Money and items. Access to specific mission rewards. Half the respawn time at own base.
Threat level 3
Crimes are consistant and of violent behavior, but very rarely targetted towards law enforcement personel.
Police: No leathal weapon except pistols allowed to be carried, but keep heavier weaponry Close. Access to Spike Strips, Police Dogs and Checkpoints. Half the respawn time at Police HQ.
Mercenaries: Missions pay 150% in Money and items. Access to specific mission rewards.
Threat level 4
Law enforment personel are constantly being attacked, and Civilians are adviced not to be out in crowds. High risk of Terrorist attacks.
Police: All weapons allowed. Protective vests are free at Police HQ ( Normally cost Money to replace ). Access to Spike Strips, Police Dogs, checkpoints, Roadblocks, Police Helicopter and SWAT. Half the respawn time at Police HQ.
Mercenaries: Missions pay 200% in Money and items. Access to specific mission rewards of choice. Double respawn time outside of own base.
Threat level 5
The county is declared to be in a state of emergency. The area is Close to anarchy where police barely can uphold the law, and crimes are of serious nature almost all the time. Emergency fund activated to law enforcement personel.
Police: All weapons allowed. Access to Spike Strips, Police Dogs, checkpoints, Roadblocks, Police Helicopter and SWAT. All items, Perks and abilitys are free. Time limits and cooldowns removed. Instant respawn at Police HQ.
Mercenaries: Missions pay 300% in Money and items. Access to specific mission rewards of choice. Can only respawn at own base!
