UPIR _ Mechanized

Unit description: Heavy armored mobile mechanized unit.

Primary Objective: Spearhead assaults, capture key objects and support friendly forces with evac and extractions.

Unit requirements: To be able to book a ticket to this unit you will need to bring your own vehicle or have a seat in your friend’s vehicle. All vehicles must be equipped with the BAVS 3.0 or later (more info in rules)

Base logistics: Tents/shelters, toilets and drinking water. Base will be shared with other friendly units.

Special rules: Cars need to be OD, Green, Desert or Black. Players need to mount their cars with turrets and roof mounted weapons like machine guns m249, M60, M2HB or MK-19 or TOW. Contact BE for more info. Players in this unit are not allowed to wear a Ghillie Suit.
NAF _ Infantry

Unit description: Combined units from "Nordic Aliance Force", consisting of ground units ready and trained for the operation to recapture the Oil Fields.

Primary Objective: Capture key objectives and neutralize all threats in the op-area. More info about missions and objectives will be found in your teamforum and OP-order.

NAF _ Mechanized

Unit description: This unit is especially composed for supporting friendly infantry units with transport, extraction and long range infiltration during this operation. Many vehicles have been equipped with extra armor and weaponry

NAF _ Ranger & Reconnance Unit

Unit description: The unit is a flexible, highly trained and rapid light infantry unit specialized to be deployed against any given target. Tasked to identify, capture or kill key personnel and rescue kidnapped VIP's.

Primary Objective: Unknown. Info about missions and objectives will be found in your team forum and OP-order.

Armament: Small arms, assault rifles, sniper rifles, support weapons & heavy weapons.
Unit type: Ranger + Sniper & Reconnaissance
Game style: Hardcore Milsim
Unit requirements: Good physical stamina and wildlife/hiking experience, equipment to be self-sustaining at least 75% of game-time when operating in the area. This unit is not allowed to bring vehicles. You and your gear must be used to march at least 20 km or several hours.

Base logistics: This Ranger unit has no base, no tents provided by BE. Rangers will need to be able to survive parts of the game without any logistics provided by BE. Fresh water will however be provided to key objective points for security reasons. Players are allowed to bring own small green/black tents.

Special rules: There will be a special selection process & interviews pre-game (January 2018). By booking a ticket to this unit there is no guarantee that you will be selected to the ranger unit. You are however free to join any of the other Nordic Alliance Force units if you fail to make the cut.
NAF _ Counter-Intelligence Unit

Unit description: Counter-Intelligence unit specialized in Interrogations.

Primary Objective: Interrogate captured combatants. Ensure that the news distributed in the area is correct and appropiate. Increase the NAFs status amongst the frustrated civilian population.

This unit has the ability to find a persons deepest fear and use it against them.
This unit will have access to Ingame Drugs and Berget dollars. This unit does NOT have access to chemical drugs.
Players in this unit may switch between Civilian clothing, but must still have blue armband clearly visible at all times.

Players in this unit may not wear a Ghillie suit.
UPIR _ Shadows

Unit description: Within the UPIR Security company, only the most disciplined and well-trained soldiers gets promoted to this special operations unit. There is very little known about this highly covert unit, because none of them have ever been captured alive to be questioned, but they are known to be responsible for espionage, Infiltrations and assassinations

Primary Objective: Unknown. Info about missions and objectives will be found in your team forum and OP-order.

Uniform types: Flecktarn, DPM, Partizan, Flora, OD (Od, Od-Gorka, RG), Woodland (US, PL, CCE), Kryptek Highland, Nomad, Mandrake & Pencott Badlands, Sandstorm, Greenzone, M95, Australian DPCU, Belgian woodland, Tigerstripe, Surpat and Tropentarn.
Armament: Small arms, assault rifles, sniper rifles, support weapons & heavy weapons.
Unit type: Specialist unit
Game style: Hardcore Milsim
Unit requirements: Previous Berget experience or equal is required. Good physical stamina and wildlife/hiking experience, equipment to be self-sustaining at least 75% of game-time when operating in the area.

Base logistics: Shadows will need to be able to survive parts of the game without any logistics provided by BE. Fresh water will however be provided to key objective points for security reasons. Players are allowed to bring own small green/black tents.

Special rules: There will be a special selection process & interviews pre-game (January 2018). By booking a ticket to this unit there is no guarantee that you will be selected to the Shadow unit. You are however free to join any of the other UPIR Security units if you fail to make the cut. All players in this unit need to bring both black beret and black balaclava to be used in some missions of the game.
UPIR _ PsyOps

Unit description: Psyops unit specialized in Propaganda and extracting information from people.

Primary Objective: Ensure that the Mercenaries stay loyal to UPIR. Keep the Civilian population happy and on your side. Make sure that the public image of UPIR remain positive by any means possible.

This unit have special tools to get information from people.
This unit will have access to Ingame Drugs and Berget dollars. This unit does NOT have access to chemical drugs.

NONMIL _ Mercenaries

Unit description: This unit is a mixed group of outlaws and ex military personnel who have formed their own Mercenary group. Their numbers are steadingly growing stronger when more and more people join them after their latest success in using their relationship with UPIR to get money and equipment from them, making this mercenary group stronger than ever.

They are now expanding in the region, and together with the increasing Civilian population they now find ways to play UPIR and NAF against eachother for their own gain.

NOTE: This unit has a limited number of tickets availible and we will keep an close eye on those numbers for balancing purposes.

Primary objective: Maintain undisrupted financial operations at all costs. Seize the opportunity to acquire more weapons and equipment.

Armband: Yellow
Armband marking: Player Number
Uniform types: Civilian clothes, PMC Style clothing (half army half civilian)
Armament: Small arms, shotguns, submachine guns, machine guns, assault weapons, support weapons, sniper rifles
Game style: LARP / Offensive
Unit requirements: This is a LARP unit. Do not chose this unit if you don’t intend to, and enjoy LARP

Base logistics: Own civilian tents, some own props needs to be produced and brought to berget. More info from BE crew.

Special rules: Vehicles in this unit can only be class 1 - light vehicle (1 hp). They may not look armored, But may be armed. Pickup trucks, old hillbilly style, Motorcycles and ATVs. All regular vehicles must be equipped with the BAVS 3.0 or later (more info in rules).

This unit have their own plot-outline and will be neutral to the ongoing conflict and the other teams from gamestart. 
This unit will have access to Ingame Drugs, Berget dollars, Explosives, IEDs and more (BE provided)

Players in this unit may not wear a Ghillie suit.
NONMIL _ Civilians

Unit description: The reopening of the old tank factory has caused business to flourish in the area! Local shops are hireing, and the boost in local economy cause many people to come to the area where they seek the oppertunity to have a better life, even thought not everyone who comes here have good intentions.

The local news team currently broadcasting from the area cause NAF, UPIR and Mercenary soldiers to treat Civilians extremely well in front of the public, and many people have started to use this for their own personal gain.

The area has a huge network of roads, and since the town doesnt yet have any kind of bus or taxi service, the need for such services are increasing every day.

Note: There will be a local Police force availible. Due to the scale of the area, you need to have a Vehicle or a seat in a police vehicle to play as Police. The Police will have extra tools and special rules.

Game style: LARP
Game roles: Up to you, Decide together with BE Crew! Examples: Shop Owners, Hunters, Engineers, Taxi, Doctor etc.
Unit requirements: Own civilian tents, some own props needs to be produced and brought to berget. More info from BE crew.

Base logistics: Civilian tents / shelters, toilets and drinking water. Players must bring own civilian tents.

Special rules: Civilian Engineers will have the possibility to repair vehicles and buildings twice as fast as Military Engineers, and Civilian Doctors will be able to respawn players much faster than normal.

Vehicles in this unit can only be Class 1, and may NOT be armed or armored. They must look like civilian vehicles, but any kind of motorized vehicle is allowed. Civilian vehicles must have large Green and white markings clearly visible from all sides, and all vehicles must be equipped with BAVS 3.0 or later. (Doesn’t apply to open vehicles like ATV, Buggy or Motorcyles.)

NOTE: Special Hit/respawn rules apply to Civilians! This unit does not have medics, they need to visit the local doctor. 

Players in this unit may not wear a Ghillie suit.
NONMIL _ Tamm Valley Times

Unit description:  A local News team that came to the area to follow up on an anonymous tip about the re-opening of an old decommissioned tank factory, where everything doesnt seem to go "by the book".

Tamm Valley Times became Internationally known after they successfully reported about how soldiers misstreated and even shot at Civilians during the battles of the oilfields last year., and they have since grown a much larger budget with more crew, aswell as being able to transmit news and music LIVE on their own 24/7 FM Radio Channel.

Primary Objective: Continue with investigative journalism. Uphold 24/7 FM Radio Channel and publish your newspapers in print and on the web.

Armband: White / Green

Uniform types: Civilian clothes + Optional PRESS Vest
Armament: Pistols only!
Game style: LARP
Game roles: Reporter, Photographer, Cameraman/woman, DJ, Head Publisher etc.
Unit requirements: Own civilian tents, some own props needs to be produced and brought to berget. More info from BE crew.

Base logistics: Civilian tents / shelters, toilets and drinking water. Players must bring own civilian tents.

Special rules: This unit will have access to an enclosed trailer with Electricity that can be moved around the area(by BE Only!)
BE Crew will provide the FM Transmitter, but players need to bring their own laptop/computer to broadcast with.

If players in this unit decide to use a PRESS Vest ( A vest with PRESS clearly visible from the front and back ) it will act as a ballistic vest. When hit by a BB, the player take a hit as normal and lay down, but is only incapacitated for 30 seconds and can then continue as normal without the need for a bandage. If the player is shot again, He/she follow normal hit rules. The Press vest can then be replaced at the news trailer for new protection.  This protection does not work against knife kills.
