+1 to RGD2 - a good idea to check out for better contact lenses. I wear lenses during last 18 years, forgot what does correctional glasses mean. My current choice is Ocular Sciences Biomedics 55 Evolution or Bausch & Lomb Pure Vision HD - for up to one month night and day. Certainly everything is st...

What REAL valuables can be with a player aside from his ingame gear - a wallet with ID and some cash/cards and a mobile phone. Both items can be easily carried through all the game in pockets being secured with ALOKSAKs and dummy cords. The rest is valuable to a certain extent, but still can be sacr...

Last Berget I used this bag: http://www.snugpak.com/index.php?MenuID=93-101&ItemID=71 along with this bivy: http://www.snugpak.com/index.php?MenuID=160-113&ItemID=87 , plus Therm-a-Rest Trail Pro pad. The system takes near to no place on the backpack, allows to avoid humidity and insects and is real...

Plastic boxes like those served by airlines on board. Some kind of meat and a side dish. Hot and solid. In addition to (or instead of) the prepaid food you can always grab a decent burger+fries+soda for 7-10 Euro at the kiosk located at any base (prepaid food is also distributed through these kiosks...

A pretty good packing list is here: http://berget-events.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5005 As regards to spare weapon, it depends on whether you are sure in reliability of your main weapon. I am sure in mine and won't take a spare. Probably you would like to take a spare Class 1 weapon (up to 109 m/s),...

Where is this 'no gear inside the tent' coming from? I've been to B7 and B8 and we have always kept our gear inside, and we have always seen other people do it too. Here: http://berget-events.com/?page=events&sub=berget9&s=4 Your gear should be stored under a tarp outside the tent during the night....
