Re: The definition of a ghillie
That is the whole point Arradin. There has never been a trouble knowing which units may/may not use a ghillie. However some pieces of equipment that are useful to the regular player (especially if he/she is playing as a sniper in a non-ghillie unit) may be considered a ghillie, depending on how you ...

Re: The definition of a ghillie
IMO a leaf suit is not a ghillie. The benefit of wearing one is moderate. Often you get the outline slightly broken up, at a trade for worse colors, usually brown instead of the more preferred green. However, one can question whether it is compatible with the camo rules. It has been said in the past...

Re: Medic Rules
I have a better idea:
- 1. Don't be an asshole and call your hits.
2. If walking a few kilometers is too much to ask, stay home

Re: Radios and communication
I think radios worked decent this year. A few of us upgraded the antennas for our Puxings, and the longest connection we had was from CP 11 to Krasnovo, which is decent imo. It was however a one way connection, as the receiver did not upgrade his antenna, solid proof that the antenna swap actually i...

Re: Sleeping in tents
People, this is all a non-issue. The rules exist for one reason, and one only. It is so that you won't show up with your 180 sized blowup mattress and go nuts when there isn't space for it. Based on the two previous games, within the Ravens, though I'm assuming it worked somewhat the same for the ot...

Re: The definition of a ghillie
Thanks for the input, I'll throw in shoulders along with the other options.
Personally I think covering the shoulders might actually be crossing the line. But that is why I want the input.

The definition of a ghillie
Before I start, I found this to be the best place to post, since the question might come up again in the future. Think I'd be best preserved in this sub-forum, feel free to move it if you disagree. So, my regular role on the airsoftfield is that of the sniper, and I usually use a ghille. The two pre...

Re: Flying with guns within EU
Going to meet WolfGeorge? If not, might be worth checking with him anyway, since he has such extensive experience dealing with Greek customs. The only advice I can offer is to search for tickets, and then call the airline to make sure there won't be any trouble(unless you can find it written on thei...

Re: GBB Pistols and Sweden
(Not a veteran but...) The law regarding unlicensed firearms was not written with airsoft in mind. The only legal unlicensed firearms are those propelled by compressed air, springs and co2. So yes gbbs not propelled by co2 are technically illegal. The police will not care since they are harmless, bu...
