Sounds interesting, and totally doable, be sure to show the system at the GM tent to get it approved when you get the BAVS mounted.

The local fishing hangout in Härnösand is called "Fiskebiten" and is located close to the trainstation/busstation. There you can buy fishing cards for lakes where you need one of those and you can get info on where to go.

If you tie someones hands make sure that they are ok with being tied up. Tie their hands in front of their body so they can catch themselves should they fall.
