Puxing px-888 Dual channel watch: what does it mean??

Post by crazy_toff » 29 Sep 2009, 14:20

Hi all,

I'm actualy searching a radio with dual frequency, why? because I'm a squad leader and need to talk with my squad and also with my platoon leader.
so after some researces I saw that the puxing px-888 has dual channel watch. At the same time I read some confusing reviews that says confusing things

So, from airsofter to airsofter, can someone (who own a px-888) explain me how runs the dual channel watch??!!!

Thanks

One of my teammembers has one and he tells me that you can chat on the one channel and listen to the second one (without talkback possibility) If need be, you can switch back to the second chanel and reply. Should be that simple...

Besides that... off game he always uses his 888 as a public radio :D pretty neet :P

if you have the manuel read page 10 select mode
if you have no manuel this is what you must do
hold down enter and turn on the power
the radio can enter or exit the double channel mode
when you enter this mode you will see A or B on the display
A indicates this channel can recieve and transmid but the other channel can ricieve only
A and B channel can be switched by
pres menu+ptt

Does this mean that pressing menu+ptt allows you to talk to the other channel?
