Users granted special access

Hello, I wonder if anyone have got this "users granted special access " so you can start talk to your team.

It would be great to have

NOTE!
Right now, only Company and Batalion commanders can join NATO, UN, SRP & CONRADS MERCENARYS. (They will arrange coy-structure and other information before players can join)

CIVILIANS, BANDITS & SMUGGLERS are open.
