Hi, thought I would clarify the situation for you:
Due to an old weapons law, one of the criteria’s for a gun to be owned without a license is that it is propelled by either electricity, air or CO2. (greengas/airsoft gas was not used to propel guns when the law was written). There is an ongoing update of this law, which will (hopefully) corrugate this.
BUT, 95% of all gbbs used in Sweden are propelled by greengas/ airsoft gas. They are present in every airsoft game, the guns and the gas are sold in all airsoft stores. There have been incidents where the customs confiscated shipments from outside Sweden containing a gbb/40mm grenade/parts meant to be used with greengas/airsoft gas. This only seems to be happening to private persons, and retailers having their shipments confiscated are to the best of my knowledge unheard of. Despite problems with the customs people still are importing, and it seems that more packages pass the customs without problems than not.

So I hope that I will never meet swedish customs  My mate and I are going to travel through denmark and over the bridges, so I think we shouldn't get into any checkpoint....

When going from Denmark to Sweden it is highway all the way.
I will be surprised if you even see the customs.

The Swedish customs have been doing raids at the bridge from Denmark, looking for vehicles which are too heavy loaded (Swedes buying beer in Denmark/Germany)
So, unless your car looks like it is loaded with 1000 liters of liquid in the trunk, I wouldn’t worry.

In 2008 me and a friend drove to Dreamhack in Jönköping and as we crossed the bridge customs stopped us as I was driving a British veichle but as the officer started speaking to us I replied back to him in Swedish and he just waived us on.. He did laugh and say he had just stopped a Swedish veichle with a non Swedish speaking gentleman so we were the opposite. I just don't want my gas ksc glock to be confiscated because I have to fly instead of driving to Sweden.
