This is my first time im gonna use 40.mm bav grenades, and i want to know , how does these work ? Relod time ? How many uses ? and so on... anyone who can tell me ?

AFAIK, they've got a 30sec cooldown before you can use them again. They are set up like a normal 40mm grenade, although you can not use them in every grenade launcher (already topic of a discussion in another thread).

they will give a low piping sound when you can fire them again and they have unlimited uses but short range.
