Wrong example. In The Netherlands English is the second language. Also English is a mandatory language at school.

Think most younger generations have a basic understanding of English true school, TV and Internet. But like people allready pointed out. The language level varies from person to person.

Good rule.. Stay basic, talk slow and stay away from using Acronyms.
