Heres a link to a google file made by a teammate, includes printable map with proper MGRS grid and maps for your GPS devices. Read the readme if something is unclear.

Can you please link some kind of tutorial type video where I could get idea where to put those files to make them work properly in my Garmin GPSMAP 64S, thank you.

Should work by just moving the map into Garmin/CustomMaps and making sure you dont have any other custom maps at the same time.
You can use BaseCamp to move the waypoints.
