How did it work in the field?

We had no issues this year, I like how the new receivers will blink at regular intervals to indicate they're turned on. Makes it easy to check on your own platoon mates too, and remind them to reset their BAVS if they've forgotten.

Much better this year, but maybe the at4 is still a bit overpowered..
We scored 37 destroyed vehicles this year in our team alone.

OP!
The range is weird, should you really be abel to shot out a vehicle before we are in range to be abel to defend ur self?
The bavs have a longer range the most turretguns.

We had hits in daylight from over 200m with At4.
Should be around 100m at the most.

Bavs reload time is to short in my opinion.
It was arroumd 5 seconds.

And at4 shooting in a 90degree angle? Right Ford?

AT4 range in shade 100m in the sun 60m
BAVS range in shade 40m in the sun 17-20m

AT4 need to have a safety at the fire button, we had to improvise in order to be sure we are not discharging the AT4 accidentally.

BIG, BIG CONGRATS to berget crew for implementing on bavs receivers a led who will blink at every 30 seconds, showing if the receiver is active or not.

Thank you guys for all the work you have done, keep it coming.

AT4 should have a beep similar to the cars cirens. The weapon is too stealthy.

The 400 should have two buttons on the side witch bust be pressed in order to fire it. And they need to be released and pressed again in order to fire it. That would make it harder to fire from the hand, but it would be no problem when you insert and extract it from your launcher.

Thats a really good suggestion, I don't know how powerful the weapon is at Berget but it seems like a common comment is that it was strong.

Downside should be that it gives you away on firing.

That is the point. I have shot A LOT of cars because the weapon is too ninja.

In real life, there would be a bang, flash and a smoke trail.

Perhaps a slighty diferent sound, so that players can distinguish between recievers and launchers.

I second this, The AT4 and maybe even 40MM should give off some kind of sound, it is too stealthy!

The AT4 already had a distinct sound when shooting it. I heard (and found) the enemy AT4 several times because of it. The reloading sound was also pretty loud!

I've never heard any sound from firing or reloading a BAVS AT4, but I have only used privately owned launchers. Maybe they're not all the same?

A more noticeable firing signature would be appreciated anyway, it it's technically possible.

I think it would be great if the user had to hold the firing button on the AT4 for about 3-5 seconds before it actually firing (simulating the user aming and making ready etc).
I hope this addition would minimize the "AT4 blindfiring from behind cover" I saw many users were doing.

Otherwise I think the system worked rather good.

As others allready pointed out, I too feel the AT4 is rather sneaky for what it is.

Maybe the range of the AT4 could be nerfed, and a bigger, heavier BAVS TOW on a tripod could take its place as ~100m long range BAVS artillery?
