First of all I will start with a short presentation of my former leadership experiences, so you get a grip of what I am able to perform.
* I have been military trained within the Swedish artillery up in the north of Sweden in a city called Boden, my main task in the military was to lead a platoon based on 60 soldiers.
My degree in the Swedish militaryforce is 2nd lieutenant.
* I?ve taking part in Berget 1,3 and 4. And in all these games I?ve had a leader position. Such as Platoon Commander and Company Commander.
My interest in playing airsoft started at 2001, and since then I have been active in the sport. Mostly I have played in teams with the guys from H?rn?sand...I have shot Spof several times!
My leadership is based upon discipline, and I take for granted that my subordinates obey the orders that they receive.
BUT my philosophy is based on the fact that the participants in the airsoftgames should have a great time! With a lot of action, and be given several oppurtunitys to use their gun! Because in the end I think we all agree that that?s the main goal with playing airsoft.
So, If you join my Company I will give you all the avaliable oppurtunitys to experience an exciting weekend at Berget 5!
