Someone had one of these at Border War and I have to say it was the lamest thing I've ever seen in airsoft.

Bunch of guys sitting in a truck shooting BBs out of a turret with no way to injure them and they would not take any sort of hit. :wank:

But that is not true for Berget, as bavs is fitted. Not saying I support or don't support the turret idea, but the difference in taking out the car is not there, as you can't kill cars with bb's either way. Remote turret and 360 protected turret gives little difference. I would think in a close ambush, the remote turret would be less effective then the manned 360 protected one.

I agree with you, a manned gun would be more efficient and since you're still allowed to build 360 degree plated towers the problem of last year is still there. Even if its not fully protected a gunner can still duck and continue to fire...

You really should not blind fire in close quarters, especially with mounted guns that are allowed upto 140 m/s velocity. For the same reason any unmanned turrets are a bad idea, no good peripheral vision.

First test. Its just to test! its not going to be a radio controlled turret.
But i think its funny that guys says that a rc controlled turret should be taken out by a airsoftgun!
When u not even cant take out a turret with a guy behind the gun with weapon hit.
And guys its a reason we using the bavs so u can take out the freaking car and when u take out the car u take out the turret magic? Noooo!!
