+1 on teeth protection.

Something that I usually do is get the hockey kind of teethcovers, then cut the sides away, so that only the front is covered. Furthermore I only use covers on the upper jaw. Lower jaw I, in my opinion, consider to be covered by the lip itself.

Your lips offer little to no protection. A stock Marui AEG (<1 Joule) can shoot your teeth out with lips sealed shut. A lot of guys learned the hard way over here. ;)

I take the risk and generally use nothing, or a double-folded recon-wrap/shemagh.

about BB weight and their ability to damage teeth ..
as a proffesional in this matter i have to sadly inform you all that even a 0.12g BB fired from spring pistol CAN crack a tooth!
...i lost a tooth on a ASG game from 0.2g BB fired from a stock G&G M4 10m+ away

So use stalker type masks or any other tooth protection available!

Eye protection, teeth protection ! Okay you might need it, eye protection is mandetory because accidents can happen but who said

While this is very true, there are some times when that is all an enemy presents as a target. I personally try my best to avoid any headshots but if the guy that is shooting back at me or my teammates is only poking his head out, then guess where he's gonna get it!?! :?

Noone is allowed to crash into my car on purpose. Does that mean I dont need to wear a seatbelt?

Asside from what murrdohk wrote, accidents happen, in the rush of battle and confusion, its easily happened that someone gets shot in the head. Your hop may be buggered, the wind may catch the bb, or a bb can bounce/riccochet, etc.

But theres also something else, eye protection dont only work against bb's, obviously. Try running through the forest at full speed, and suddenly getting even the tiniest stick poked in your eye. It will hurt, a lot. And it can very likely cause damage.

As far as I know headshots are allowed if it's the only visible part of your opponent's body.
Always have been such at Swedish AS games...

Shooting at someonce head or face is alowed in Sweden ???
I would like that officially confirmed !

Under these circumstances you are inviting injury unless you are wearing a full face mask. Is that in the spirit of airsoft in Sweden ? :?

Gentlemen, a citation from the Rules, just in case:
For all weapons and ranges, head shots should be avoided as far as possible except where no other target is available.
