Getting emails and missfortune

Post by Beckett » 01 Jul 2009, 01:27

Hi guys!
Terenec and I got stopped by german Kobra highway patrol for routine inspection (drug search). Got all of our replicas impounded (luckly no fine or jail time :) ).
During search the police took my B7 map with content:
b7 map, berget money, nato patch, list with email from NATO players

Please all the players to contact me (pm or mail: velko.toceno@gmail.com)
Kev, Moe, Biboy, Lesjak, Andy, Stellan, Ian, Sabina, etc....

Also I plea on german players to give me any info on german law and possiblities to get the impounded weapons back (app. 3000 € of equipment, working hrs not included). :(
Cheers!

Well chances are super slim. 10x for support!
And the policeman were real nice and helped a lot. It's the law that is so strickt. And our lazyness for not breaking them down to pieces.

Becket... what a misfortune... we all went back unharmed. No controll whatsoever.
On the way to Sweden one guy had a patrol and a check. He mentioned the airsoft weapons and his destination. He even showed the weapons to the police officers, but he could go ahead to Sweden, without having to give up his weapons at all...

I guess he was lucky compared to you... :| Hope you'll get your's back any time soon...

Hey Ace!
Yeah we know! This was special control... Kobra highway police undercover on rutine chech for drugs being smuggled through Germany. The officers told us they would give us back the replicas (well like at least 50% true - this is a great carrier boost :) ), but on search site was also present someone from justice department, photographer and officers from different police stations and branches. So no go

I feel really bad for you guys, if there's any justice in world (germany) you'll get your weapons back.

Take care,
Andy

Beckett, making license to pass real weapons and airsoft guns through germany requires a little letter to write and 15 euro to pay for 6 guns/replica.....

That could avoid you such experience

For next year contact me, I know exactly the rule to follow.

We've have been arrested at the customs -> no problems

Before going into the ferry -> no problems

Coming into sweden after the bridge -> no problems

This paper is magic and cost only 15 euro..

Thanks a lot!
I'm not a cheapstake. But I would not pay a dime to any country, if it is not absolutly necesary. What about if we dismantle the replicas into 3 pcs. Than they are considered parts. Can Polizei still take them away?
Thanks for answer.

Of course they can.

German police is not dumb, believe me.

The fact is: it work, you laugh and play berget, go back to your home easy.

BUT: it doesn't work: you are arrested, you must pay and you may not get back your guns..

So 15 EURO is cheap sometimes
