Bio pellets & optionals

Post by Xenowolf » 02 Jul 2014, 15:39

Does they have to be bio pellets or are people using normal once?

And when buying tickets do I have to choose the optional or can I add the later on as I will be buying around 15 tickets next year for my team to come to berget 13

Depending on the game area, bio pellets are forced or not. This depends on the land owners.
For the last few Bergets, you have had the chance to order pellets while ordering tickets.
If not, Berget Shop will sell them on site.

I myself always use Bio-Pellets :P

Laws are quite strict regarding enviromental damage in sweden, dumping lots of non-degradable plastic in a forrest could be considered a crime in court. With a hefty fine or theoreticly prison for those resposible.

Dont do it.

Bio-bullets are almost a must by law nowdays in sweden.. Also as stated in the BE rules:

Glass, clay, alu & steel BB´s are strictly forbidden. MAX BIOVAL BB´s are forbidden due to their hard shell. They can break windshields of ingame vehicles and safety glasses ( transparent BB´s are also forbidden to aviod missunderstandings).

Myself I use 101INC 0.25 bio bullets :D

Thought I'd borrow this thread.

I'm bringing my sniper this year, in which I use .40 bbs, however it seems almost impossible to find any bio bbs in that weight class. I'm wondering, may snipers use plastic bbs for bolt rifles, or will I have to keep looking, and possibly lose some accuracy and get lighter bbs?

One of my team mates asked berget crew and got the reply that snipers with bolt action rifles is not affected by the bio-bb rule. So, you can use ordinary .40 BB's

And AFAIK that was in the rules for snipers at some point... seems like they forgot to put it back in there, when they updated the sniper rules.

I used to get that question a lot when I was involved in arranging games.
If the game is set in a place like a water protection area or a reserve, of which there are quite a few in Sweden, there is a littering fine for dumping non-degradable articles in the nature.
This fine is 800 SEK per non-degradable article, and each BB would count as a separate article.
We still welcomed snipers who didn't want to use BIO BB's to our airsoft court, though we did ask them to count how many BBs they wanted to use, and pay in advance..
Yay, airsoft!

:D nice policy.
If you want high-class white sniper bio-bbs take a look at Bioshot.
They make bbs up to 0.43g.
Novritch uses them so I suppose they do their job.
Price is around 450sek for 3000 bbs.
