no gear in the sleeping tents

Post by MAF 02 » 28 Feb 2019, 10:45

As i have understand there is no room for gear in the sleeping tents.
We come with a team of 3 man we wil have a lot of gear with us.
Where do we store the gear overnight?

And is is possible to hold the spare gear in our van? don't know how far away the parking place is from the basecamp.

If you are using tent bed, you can store some of your stuff under the bed. There are restrictions what kind of bed you can bring. Otherwise, we have every year constructed a small wicket or a shelter next to the tent to store our stuff there. I mostly store my food (in a backpack) in the shelter, since I make the food and eat the food outside of the tent, so there is no point of storing those items inside. Inside I have my spare clothes, in a back under the bed. For guns, we always construct a rack to put them, right next to the tent door and use a tarp or similar to cover it up during the night or if it's raining.

Our civilian clothes, gun bags etc we leave to our car in the safe zone parking, since we don't need those before the game is over.

Visiting your car is only an option if there is an urgent need to go there (spare gun in car in case of breaking the main gun etc). It is usually a long, or very long walk to the main safe parking and then back to base, so using your car as a storage is not an option. And no ingame cars are allowed to be parked in the game area during the game!
